Let me show an example. RICH CLASS IS HAPPY (1) The poorest class rejected 1 lakh Khata Khat but voted for 240 seats FOR Modi. IE reported that they did not get toilets, houses, Ujjwala, electricity & water even in Varanasi & Ameti. PM Kisan is meager 2000 Rs Shiv Raj Chauhan's Ladli Yojna won all MP seats. Nirmala ji will ensure the collapse of the BJP, TO FULFIL THE WISH OF HER HUSBAND. (2) Middle-class and senior citizens and pensioners received income tax recovery notices for 2014-15 fake claims. She hates the middle class so notices were issued in June 2024 for a claim in 2014. She slept for 10 years, TO FULFIL THE WISH OF HER HUSBAND. (3) Bank pensioners got a favorable judgment from several high courts. She appointed the Attorney General of India to deny justice, filed an appeal in SC, and took dates for the last 7 years. Petitioners died long ago. Her ego is not satisfied. Pensioners were assured of justice by the Honorable President of India, Honorable Mohan Bhagavat ji, and Senior BJP leaders including Nitin Gadkari ji. But SHE REJECTED THEM ALL. thereafter bank pensioners moved to HC and got justice but were blocked in SC by NIRMALA. Middle-class, senior citizens, and pensioners pay 64 % of tax, including GST, Road tax, Toll tax, Petrol tax, house tax, and land tax, Inflation is the highest. The price of vegetables and pulses are highest in history. (4) GST high slabs and refund delay is for corruption. GST server issues are for corruption. In the digital era, there is no justification for delay and corruption in GST refunds. GST officials are her favorite servants for bargaining for refunds. (5) Smuggling of gold through airports and sea ports and using diplomatic cards and airport staff is the favorite model. A parallel gold economy has been created in last 5 years. Thanks to her INDIRECT TAX department.

18 percent GST to rent a house or a commercial unit are also too high for a middle class family. In cities rentals are high for small space also. So GST on these also should be considered and brought to 12 percent level to help the middle class.

When paying taxes, taxpayers should be given more autonomy and control over how their contributions are utilized. Rather than having their tax payments automatically allocated by the government, individuals should have the option to choose whether to direct those funds towards general national development initiatives i.e. infrastructure, education etc. or to invest in free social schemes.

Senior citizens and Pensioners who face injustice approach the High Court and receive justice but GOI prefers to appeal against the order of the High Court. Pensioners have received a favorable judgment from 8 high courts but GOI prefers appeal in the SC and postpones the hearing in SC for 6-7 years because GOI is sure that injustice has been done and the SC judgment will be in favor of justice. Bank Pensioners who filed the petition have died long ago but GOI seeks adjournment. Pensioners do not add any expenditure to the government because they have their own pension fund. The government diverts pension funds to increase the profit of the banks. These reports have appeared in leading economic dailies as well. The bank pensioners cases have been taken up with Nirmala Sitaraman by Honorable Mohan Bhagvat ji , Honorable Nitin Gadkari, and several senior BJP leaders .. Finally, the cases have been taken up with Nirmala Sitaram by the honorable President of India, who is aware of the injustice through her children are bank staff. Nirmala ji is adamant and rejects the reference from Honorable Mohan Bhagvat ji , Honorable Nitin Gadkari, and the honorable President of India.
